Quick & Easy Spicy Pork

Spicy Pork and Some News!

Well hello there, friends!

My goodness it has been quite some time since the last update, but I am so thrilled to be back with another recipe review for you. Before we get started, I wanted to share some news with you all! My husband and I finally made the move out of the city and into our first home together in the suburbs! Phew–it is quite different and certainly more quiet, but we are very excited for this next adventure!

Having this new space is going to be very exciting for both of us, and yes–even the blog! So as a little teaser, we can look forward to more reviews and even more videos!

Needless to say, as we are getting settled in, I will be doing my best to get ahead of some blog posts, so regular posting will be back starting this week :).

So let’s continue on with this week’s review for a quick and easy Five Ingredient Spicy Pork dish.

This recipe is courtesy of Pinch Of Yum, and you can find the recipe right -> here!

Five Ingredients And That’s It!

As we’re still getting settled in our home, I am on the search for quick and easy dishes that don’t require too many ingredients but still taste delicious! This recipe for Spicy Pork is a great option! The five ingredients needed are often found in most pantries: hot chili paste (or sriracha), soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and brown sugar. A little goes a long way with all of these.

Keeping in mind–if you are gluten-free like me, then you’d be using either coconut aminos or Tamari instead of soy sauce ;).

Spicy Pork

This is a meal that is perfect to make when you have other sides to prepare. Once the marinade ingredients are added with the sliced pork, you can let the flavors get to know each other while you prepare your sides. In this case, I made rice and sautéed carrots and spinach with some sesame oil.

This Spicy Pork dish can really be customized to your liking. If you’re looking for additional suggestions, however, definitely read the entire recipe page linked above. There are some lovely suggestions on the recipe card as well as in the comments. Never forget to read at least a handful of other reviews on the recipe pages! 🙂

Less Ingredients, But All The Flavor?

So we have determined that this recipe for Spicy Pork is definitely easy to make and doesn’t require too many ingredients at all. But what about the flavor? Is this only easy to make, or is it also delicious? The marinade for the pork alone is enough to suffice for a delicious dinner. While only a few ingredients, the combination works out great! Honestly, what matters to me with quick dishes is that everyone at the table enjoys it and there’s little stress involved in making it all happen. This recipe checks all the boxes.

Spicy Pork

Grey’s Grade: 5/5

For one of the first recipes to be reviewed in our new home, all while stressing out about getting everything in order–this one is a winner. My husband actually requested it, so I was more than happy to try it out. This is a dish that almost feel foolproof. Whether you spend the extra time cooking the pork in batches to form that nice crust, or simply cook it all to get something on the table–you will be satisfied with the end result. I feel this dish would satisfy most people since it isn’t bland, not to sweet, or too spicy–it fits right in with the perfect amount of flavor.

I think having this recipe down as a “go-to” would be fantastic for any busy family. Whether you’re juggling work and kids, moving, working late, or whatever your situation may be–this quick marinade for pork tenderloin is delicious. This is certainly a recipe I am adding to my collection of memorized go-to’s.

What are some of your favorite go-to dinners/meals when your life has you super busy? Let me know down in the comments below!

Until next time–Stay Grey-mazing, my dear friends!

  1. This looks so good girl! So I always have tons of produce in my fridge as well as seafood…I end up making some type of an Asian salad bowl with sesame oil with a little soy, or I whip together a fast summer roll!

    • Yesss! It always hits the spot, right?! Oooh summer rolls sound so good right now!
Thank you so much for your comment! <3
